Stand-Up Paddleboarding on the River Lea

SUP Club: Explore the River Lea by Paddleboard

These sessions are about much more than just learning to paddleboard. SUP Club gives young people the chance to spend time outdoors, build confidence on the water, and explore one of London’s most unique urban rivers.

Across the programme, participants will learn the basics of paddleboarding in a safe and supportive environment while developing their skills week by week.

Sessions also include activities such as filming on the water using GoPros, exploring the river and its wildlife, and capturing stories about their experience outdoors.

Who is it for?
